Our Journey
eNsalaDa is a healthy grab and go deli, founded in Accra in 2007 with four goals – to make the most scrumptious yet affordable salads and sandwiches, encourage people to eat clean, provide food to you at your desk, and to build a great business with high standards.
We started out as a delivery business only…but in 2011 eNsalaDa junkies wanted a location they could come to, and what our junkies want, our junkies get, so we opened our first shop in Asylum Down.
