How to Accurately Weigh Yourself
- Same Time Of The Day: This should be first thing in the morning, before the intake of anything even water and after a visit to the rest room
- Same Day Of The Week: This helps you notice if there is improvement in a 7-day period
- Without Clothing: It is best to weigh yourself without any form of clothing nor footwear as this can contribute to your body weight and discourage you
- With The Same Scale: The same scale should be used throughout the period to ensure consistency and accuracy
